• Public listing — Frame dimensions, material, lens choices and stated product features.
• Like-for-like quote — The same prescription, pupillary distance, lens material, treatments and destination.
• Policy — Shipping, return eligibility, custom-lens exclusions, remake process, warranty and refund method.
• Fit decision — Comparison with a known comfortable frame; virtual tools are treated as previews, not fit guarantees.
• Freshness — Prices, promotions, availability and policy terms must be checked again before payment.
• Limitations — Unknowns remain unknown; a retailer claim is not presented as an independent test result.
